Medina College welcomes all students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.

Medina College has a dedicated SENDCO who is supported by specialist staff and Learning Support Assistants. 

As well as supporting students in our mainstream environments, we also support a resourced provision for students who require additional support – The Aspire Centre. The Centre caters caters for students across the age range, but with a focus on students with additional support needs in the area of social, emotional and mental health. To access a place at this specialist provision, students must be in receipt of an Education Health and Care Plan and applications for need to be made directly through the Local Authority.
