It is hard to believe that we are now halfway through November. Time seems to be literally flying and December will soon be upon us. Next week we will see the start of the Year 11 trial exams and we wish them all the best of luck on their journey into preparing for their final exams in the summer.

Last night we had our VI Form Open Evening for Year 11. It was such a busy evening with lots of students from all across the Island coming to visit and see what we have to offer at The Island VI Form. Don't forget, applications are now live and the application form can be found in the back of the prospectus and online. We encourage you to apply as early as possible to ensure that we have a clear idea of what courses we can run. In the Spring term, interviews will start to take place for everyone who has applied.

Next week, we have the next round of the Cross Country Championships on Thursday, along with all our usual offering of clubs.

I would like to finish off by congratulating our Hot Chocolate Friday winners, who achieved their ticket either for 100% attendance in the last week or because they were top achievement points earners for their year group. Well done to: Elsie, Riley, Rebecca, Oliver, Logan, Ivan, Indy, Owen, Harrison and Emily. Have a lovely weekend!
